At RJM Customs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth return process.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable).
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on customized or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Please contact us at rjmcustomsinfo@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  • Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements.
  • If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at rjmcustomsinfo@gmail.com, including a photo of the damaged item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
